1. are the bags made in Poland?
Our bags are 100% made in Poland. We support the domestic market by ordering fabrics from regional suppliers.
2.What is the minimum quantity of products I can order?
For the sake of economy, we try to accept orders from 100 pieces. However, if we have the fabric you are interested in in stock, we can sew even 1 piece.
3 What is the deadline for making the bag?
The production minimum is 7 days. However, a lot depends on the volume and complexity of sewing, printing, or the availability of a particular fabric.
4. can I order bags dyed to Pantone color?
Of course ! However, the dyeing minimum must be maintained. With 150 g fabric it comes out to about 3000 pcs, and with 270 g fabric the minimum is 1900 pcs for model 1A. Larger models will be less.
5 What colors are cotton bags available in?
We have the largest fabric color palette available on the market, in 3 weights. At the moment it's about 65 colors for 150 g, 210 g and 270 g weights.
6 What are the weaves of fabrics from which the bag can be made?
Depending on the selected grammage:
- 150 g - linen weave;
- 210 g - denim weave;
- 245 g - denim weave;
- 270 g - denim weave and panama weave;
- 280/300/350 g - denim weave;
- 340 g - panama weave.
7. What fabrics to order to be sure that the bag will still be functional after washing?
We recommend ordering bags made of fabrics that have undergone the process of resisting (resisted and dyed fabrics).
8. why did the bag made of raw fabric unwashed, lose its cut after washing, and the print faded?
Raw fabric is an intermediate product in the textile industry. It is a fabric that is not prepared for either printing or washing. Only the process of resisting gives the fabric the desired characteristics. Hence its low price. If you care about the color of the raw fabric and the durability of the print, order a bag made of fabric that has already been washed.
9. is it possible to order a bag in other dimensions than those specified on the site?
Yes. The dimensions of bags given on the site, are the optimal dimensions, the most common. However, due to the fact that we sew and cut the bags ourselves, we can change everything, according to the wishes of the customer.
10. what is the maximum printing area on the bag?
We are able to make the bag in full printing, with no limitation in the marking area. After reviewing your expectations, we will choose the best marking technique to achieve the desired effect. As a standard, without a file, we accept A4 size on one side.
11 I need a bag "yesterday". - can anything be done about it?
We have experience in miracles too 😉 Contact us to arrange details.
12. can each element of the bag be in a different color?
Yes. We rely on fabrics finished with reactive dyes, that is, fabrics that do not let go of color when washed. Each element of the bag can be in a different color. Depending on the model, the body, the ears or the bottom trim (if any) can be in a different color.
13 What is the production process?
First we cut the fabrics, print the blanks, and then sew the pieces together. Hence, the print file is important at the very beginning of the production process.
14. does the print on the bag have to be in the middle?
No. Due to the fact that we sew the bags from scratch, the print can come out of the side seam, or take up the entire surface of the front.
15.What methods are used to mark the bags?
We use all available fabric marking methods: screen printing (water, plastisol, lint), thermal transfer, DTF, DTG, Fock and Felx films. If necessary, we print fabrics "from the meter" - by digital, rotary and flat printing methods. For polyester bags, we also use sublimation printing. You can also find embroidered cotton bags in our offer.
16. Is it possible to order bags made of materials other than cotton fabrics?
Yes, we have a wide base of fabric suppliers.
17. do you sew from entrusted materials?
Unfortunately, but no. During the production of fabrics, they undergo many processes. They are not always known to us, and they have a huge impact on stitchability or printability. Proven fabric gives us a guarantee to create a beautiful once durable bag.
18.Do you make seams to prevent shrinkage of the fabric?
There is no such concept. No stitching prevents shrinkage. Shrinkage is prevented by proper finishing of the fabric. This is a mistranslation that is duplicated by many buyers. What is meant is a seam that prevents fraying of the fabric - which is simply an overlock. And this is how we make the seams with these machines.
19. will the ordered bags have the exact dimension that was ordered?
The dimension of the product can vary up to 2 cm. This is due to the technological process itself. Fabrics may shrink slightly during printing, and sewing, however, is a manual work of the ladies sewing. Hence, if you are ordering a bag in which to fit a particular commodity, consider adding a slight allowance.
20 - How are the bags packed?
Bags are packed collectively in cartons. The number per carton depends on the model and fabric weight. Standard 1A bags, made of 150 g fabric will pack 300 bags. Of 270 g fabric, there will be 200 pcs. We will give you the details at the time of quotation. Upon request, we will pack the bags in pouches and specific cut cartons for further distribution.
21. can I pick up the order in person?
Yes, we invite you to our headquarters in Lodz on Gorce 3 Street.
22. can I get samples of bags or fabrics?
Yes, no problem. We send both fabric samples and samples of the models themselves. They are free of charge. The cost of the courier is borne by the ordering party.
23. How should the file for production be prepared?
Properly prepared file will significantly facilitate and speed up our work. The most important things that concern it are:
 The file should be in an editable format: eps, cdr, Ai, PSD + PDF, so that we can be sure that no gobbledygook has crept in after opening.
- All fonts should be converted to curves.
- The broadcast colors should be in the Pantone solid coated palette specified.
24. will I receive a visualization of the printing on the bag?
Visualization is one of the processes of the order and allows you to be sure that everything has been well understood by both parties. We perform it free of charge, of course.
25. do you perform quotes by phone?
No, we do not perform phone quotes. Each model, each color, or the number of colors in the print is a different price. It all adds up to the final price. By giving us a moment, you can be sure that everything has been reliably calculated.
26 - What should a bag price request include?
In order for us to quickly make a quote for our customers, it is important that they include the most important information in the inquiry:
- Number of pieces.
- Bag model (or expected dimensions).
- The color of the fabric.
- The weight of the fabric.
- Print file (or number of colors in the print).
27. Do I need to have a contract with the courier to pick up the bags I ordered?
No, you don't have to. We cooperate with DPD courier company. We can send the package to the indicated address. Also you can be the sender of such a package. Our data will not appear anywhere. We do not tape the cartons to identify us. Why do we do that? If you want to surprise someone or send bags as a gift to your contractor, they will not know that you are not the sender. This reduces the time the package would have to travel first to you, then to your recipient. This not only saves time, but also saves money that you would have to spend on another shipment.
28 - How can I make the bag more attractive?
We can offer many additional solutions to the basic models:
- external and internal pockets, open and zippered;
- fastening the bag with a clasp, zipper or magnetic fastening;
- The ears can be made of webbing;
- we can sew in a ribbon with a snap hook for keys;
- prints can also be made with metallic foils (gold and silver).
29. do all bags have to have ears of the same width?
No. We suggest ears made of the same fabrics as the bag in widths of 2.5 cm, 3 cm, 4 cm, 5 cm and 6 cm. In addition, the ears can be replaced with polypropylene or cotton webbing. For beach bags, we have cotton lines attached in metal grommets.
30 I am in Lodz, can I come over and see your bags on site?
Yes, you are welcome to do so. We have a number of models that you can see, touch or try on. You can see the prints live or get advice on the solutions we can apply. We are waiting for you in Lodz at 3 Gorce Street.
31 What hours can you be contacted?
You are welcome to contact us by phone, email or in person. We work from 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays.
32. what do you do?
We sew fabric products for the advertising, fashion or event market. You can order bags, makeup bags, aprons, beach screens and much more from us.😊
33What sets you apart from other companies?
First of all, great experience in sewing and printing, flexibility, knowledge of the textile market, the solutions it offers. And the concept of "deadline" is very familiar to us 😉
34. will I receive the ordered quantity of bags every piece?
99% yes. 1% are unexpected, random situations that can happen during production, over which we have no control. So, we assume that 1% in the population of the order may be 2nd grade, or there may be a lack of quantity.
35 Do you have Oeko-Tex certified fabrics?
All of our fabrics are certified Oeko-tex Standard 100 classes 1 and 2. This means that they are approved for articles for infants and young children up to 3 years old, and can have direct contact with the skin (if class 1 is required, we must be informed).
36 What is the cost of bag marking?
Printing costs are determined by the size, the number of colors in the print and the number of bags in the order. Only all these data allow us to estimate the cost. The situation is different for quantities of less than 100 pieces. For such quantities we have specified minimum costs - they are always fixed, regardless of whether we do 10, 50 or 80 pcs. For the valuation of embroidery, we need a file, as its price is determined by the number of needle insertions.
37 - Can everything be screen printed?
Almost yes. The minimum safe line that can be screen printed should not be thinner than 0.5 mm. The number of colors in the print is 8 colors on a light bag and 7 colors on a dark bag. We can mix the colors to get additional fall colors, or we can print CMYK for bitmaps.
38 - How long will I wait for a quote?
As a standard, we try to do quotes on the fly, the same day. In the case of large quantities, we apply the principle of the order in which the email is received. Hence, the time may extend to the next day. If you don't get a quote within this time, it is possible that the email went to spam, in which case please call us at one of the numbers listed on the site.
39.I am not familiar with fabric weights, to what can the different weights be compared?
To give you an idea of the grammages, we will compare them to fabrics you are surely familiar with:
- 150 g is a fabric similar to bedding;
- 210 g is a fabric similar in weight to kitchen cloths;
- 245 g is found in kitchen aprons;
- 270/280 g is the weight used for work clothes;
- 350 g is already really thick, these types of weights are found in upholstery fabrics.
It is important to pay attention to this, because it is not only important aesthetically, but also in terms of load. The higher the grammage, the higher the load can be.
40 - Are the bag ears attached with crosses?
This is an additional operation. We make them on all ears over 3 cm wide (others to be agreed). We have specialized machines, allowing us to make all kinds of cross-stitch reinforcements and decorative bolts on the attachment of ears, side seams, or as a detail to add flavor to the bag.
41 I have a graphic however I have no idea for the bag. Can you help?
Mrrrr.... What tigers like best. We don't design prints, but we will suggest a bag that matches your graphics. We have heads full of ideas and solutions. You can be sure that we will positively surprise you.
42 How to wash and iron the bags?
We wash the bags at 40 degrees, by hand. We do not dry in the dryer. We iron the prints on the left side, avoiding direct contact with the iron plate.
43 What is the carrying capacity of a cotton bag?
The standard is 5 kilograms. It can be increased by using other threads or thicker fabric. Everything is a matter of further arrangements and customer requirements.
44 Why are cotton bags ecological?
After almost 4 months, the fabric can lose up to 90% of its weight. This, of course, depends on its thickness, but it's still not a bad result. In addition, the bag can be washed and successfully used "until the ear breaks". They are meaningfully better than disposable bags available in stores, because you can use them again and again.
45 What can be carried in cotton bags?
To this question, you must answer for yourself. We will only hint that it can be shopping, advertising flyers, a tracksuit for the gym. We put our hearts into the bags we produce. 😊
